Hi,

If you are interested in learning how to compute throughput in NS2, please read

You may have to apply it to compute TCP goodput.

The above posts are based on the normal trace. If you are interested in wireless trace you might have to modify it a bit. Please look at "new wireless trace format" at the link below:

    My name is Kristina, I am a Master student and currently I am doing my master thesis.
    One part of it, is to amalyze mSCTP, but i faced with a problem.
    Can You please give me any instractions for simulating mSCTP (any example script.....)
