I am just wondering. Is it possible to create an app that can both read
and/or write files? I am trying to create a multimedia streaming app which
measures the quality of the multimedia. I want the quality produced to be
stored somewhere for future evaluation. Additionally, if this has been
previously done, can you please provide information about this? Thanks.
