[ns] Variable link delay

Hello all,

I would like to ask, if it is possible in ns-2 to set variable delay for
each packet transmitted on the same link.
I mean something like this:
$ns duplex-link $n0 $n1 100mb *random delay from 0 to 2 ms* DropTail

Do you have any suggestions how to achieve this ?
