Hi everyone!
Will the xgraph of wired and wireless environment vary? I mean the appearance...
The report titled “Middle East Real Estate Market Outlook to 2013- Surging Tenant’s Bargaining Power” discusses in details various aspects of Middle East’s real estate market tenants along with the rising domestic population, government initiatives to attract foreign investors and the changing tastes and preference of the tenants and the investors.
However, the market has declined at a rate of about 1% a month, so an adjustment of up to 9% was necessary in some cases where dated comps were used. There appears to be some events that have fueled a quick reversal in prices that simply may not last.
